We offer classes throughout the week at 3 locations in San Diego.

Each location offers unique equipment, class formats, class times and instructors!

Mission Hills @ Pioneer Park

The Workouts

Mission: FIT Camp classes at Pionner Park will target your total body with varying equipment each day. We use everything from medicine balls, to dumbbells, to battle ropes to ensure that no two workouts are exactly the same.

Hills + Drills Friday

Hills + Drills meet at Pioneer Park in the morning and follow your instructor throughout the steep inclines of the neighborhood. Our hill workouts are guaranteed to increase your stamina and leave you feeling accomplished, week after week.

Pioneer Park

Located in a safe neighborhood in Mission Hills, Pioneer Park is where we hold classes Mon-Saturday in Mission Hills. Conveniently located near Grant school and local neighborhoods, you can always expect a clean and open place to workout here.

North Park @ Morley Field

The Workout

Focus on strength training through barbells, kettlebells and much more at our Morley Field location. Each day includes olympic lifting, core training, and cardio.


Groundwork FIT became Mission: FIT in September 2017. Two brands became one, with the common goal of helping people reach their fitness goals.

The Location

Located at Morley Field near the swimming pools, you can expect a safe and open place to workout here. Bring your well-behaved pup along with you!

Mission Hills @ Mission:FIT Studio

1111 Fort Stockton Drive, San Diego, CA 92103

The Workout

Circuit style classes are held at the studio, with more equipment options than we have outside.

Studio Description

Expect a smaller group at our studio location, so that you can get more personalized coaching. Class sizes at the FIT Studio range from 2-8 people. Water, bathrooms and towels are available for your use at the FIT Studio.

Sunday Yoga

Join us every Sunday at 9:30am for a restorative style Yoga class. You will leave feeling refreshed, loosened up, and ready to tackle the week.
