Mission: FIT Camp is a 4-week outdoor fitness boot camp located at Mission Hills Pioneer Park in San Diego, California. Men and women of all levels are welcome to join our classes for a mix of cardio and strength training in every workout.

On weekdays, we focus on training specific parts of your body. This way, you can push that muscle group harder, knowing that you will have recovery time planned into the program before working it again.

The 4-week session gets progressively harder as the days go by. Whether this is your first boot camp ever or you took some time off and want to kickstart your way back into shape - we know you'll achieve great results with Mission: FIT Camp safely and effectively - one week at a time.

Safe + Effective

Consistent participation in this training method yields results faster and prevents injury more effectively than doing a total-body workout every day of the week.



Throughout the entire hour, you are moving. There is no "down time" or passive recovery. We let our muscles rest by running through an agility course, jumping rope or jogging the park and then we catch our breath while we lift weights and hold planks.


Fun + Challenging

Before you know it, you're soaked and exhausted and amazed at how quickly an hour went by. Oh, and we do some cardio and abs in every workout.

At Mission: FIT Camp, you and your fellow Fit Campers will start and finish the program together as a team. This ensures a higher quality experience for everyone involved and evokes a higher level of commitment to your health and fitness goals.

Although everyone will enroll at different baseline levels of fitness, you will learn the exercises together, build upon them and then progress on without leaving anyone behind.

Week 1 is the most basic as we learn proper form, technique and fundamental movement patterns. Week by week the program gets more advanced so by week 4, you are well prepared and conditioned for our most difficult workouts.

You are committing to four weeks of a healthier lifestyle. An earlier bed time, a leaner diet, a passion for realizing your potential... and you aren't doing it alone. Every morning the same faces will greet you, ready to give it their all, and you'll find a motivating energy in each other.

It is the "camp" component missing from most boot camps in San Diego - and it's what we do best.

Upcoming 4-Week Sessions

Please note that we recommend beginning your Fit Camp package at the beginning of a session, as classes do not roll-over from one session to the next. If you have any questions about this, please let us know. We have 4 "break weeks" per year when no classes will be held.

Monday - Thursday

Mission: FIT Camp Classes target specific areas of your body. Classes are held at Pioneer Park and the Mission: FIT Studio throughout the week.


Hills + Drills meet at Pioneer Park in the morning and follow your instructor throughout the steep inclines of the neighborhood. For the circuit class, meet at the Mission: FIT Studio for a total body pump!


Choose from an action-packed full body workout with fitness games at Pioneer Park or a heart-pounding indoor circuit class on Saturday mornings.




Accountability made affordable.

At Mission: FIT Camp, we priced our packages competitively and sustainably in hopes that you'll cancel you're dusty neglected gym membership and train with us year-round.

Our program offers small class sizes so the instructors can correct your form, provide any necessary injury modifications and reach out to you if you miss a few classes. Our clients enjoy personal training caliber results at fitness class prices.

Our classes usually have 3-10 participants in them, are 60 minutes long, and cost $15 each.

Remember that the classes do not roll-over from one session to the next, so be sure to only buy that which you'll be able to use. We keep you accountable so you keep coming back month after month.
