Mission: FIT Workshops

 

6-Week Specialty Classes

Mission: FIT offers special classes that run for 6 weeks and focus on achieving a specific goal (improving Power, pre-ski/surf season conditioning, improving posture), or trains a specific population (strength training for seniors, sports conditioning for teens.) Participants enroll in the course before it begins, and work with the same group and instructor through the duration of the workshop.

Mission: FIT is a community fitness studio located in Mission Hills, San Diego. We offer fitness boot camp classes, personal training, specialty wellness workshops and community events. Our trainers work closely with you to help you achieve you fitness and health goals.
