It has nothing to do with strengthening your willpower, starving yourself, eating only from a short list of “good” foods, cutting out carbs, or following the latest fad diet. In fact, all of those can make the process far more difficult than it needs to be.

This course is designed to:

-Explain the barriers to fat loss that our modern food environment presents


-Help you understand both the importance and limitations of exercise


-Provide concrete strategies that can work with—not against—your unique set of needs and preferences

Mission: FIT Workshops


6-Week Specialty Classes

Mission: FIT offers special classes that run for 6 weeks and focus on achieving a specific goal (improving Power, pre-ski/surf season conditioning, improving posture), or trains a specific population (strength training for seniors, sports conditioning for teens.) Participants enroll in the course before it begins, and work with the same group and instructor through the duration of the workshop.
