Iyengar Yoga

 

Welcome Ohm.

In this all levels yoga class, we will focus on building strength while also developing flexibility. Students will develop a keen understanding of the yoga postures and the effects they have on the mind. Through active, energetic work in the class, students will walk away feeling, stronger, more flexible and calm.

Meet Stephanie

"Once you try her class, it will become the highlight of your week."

Stephanie has been practicing yoga for 20 years and has been studying under Carolyn’s guidance since 2008. Stephanie is a CIYT (1000) and has her Introductory II certification, She is graduate of Carolyn’s teacher training program, and continues to feel inspired by the dynamic practice.

Stephanie, her husband Suneel, and their daughter traveled to Pune to study at Mr. Iyengar’s home institute in 2010. They continue to practice “family style” yoga at home together.

Since becoming a mother, Stephanie’s home practice deepened, and it continues to inspire her teaching.Stephanie teaches students how to practice yoga and how to receive the many benefits that Iyengar yoga provides.
