6-12 Week Specialty Classes

Mission: FIT offers special classes that run for 6-12 weeks and focus on achieving a specific goal (improving Power, pre-ski/surf season conditioning, improving posture), or trains a specific population (strength training for seniors, sports conditioning for teens.) Participants enroll in the course before it begins, and work with the same group and instructor through the duration of the workshop.
