Mission: F.I.T. Camp classes at Pioneer Park will target your total body with varying equipment each day. We use everything from medicine balls, to dumbbells, battle ropes to body bars. This will ensure that no two workouts are exactly the same.
Located in the safe neighborhood of Mission Hills, Pioneer Park is where we hold classes Monday-Saturday. It’s conveniently located near Grant school and other local businesses. You can always expect a clean and open place to workout here.
Hills + Drills on Friday
Hills + Drills meets at Pioneer Park. You will follow your instructor throughout the steep inclines of the neighborhood. Our hill workouts are guaranteed to increase your stamina and leave you feeling accomplished, week after week.
Similar to your outdoor F.I.T Camp experience, studio classes are limited to 8 people and offer exposure to more advanced equipment.
Expect a smaller group at our FIT Studio location, so that you can get more personalized coaching. Class sizes at the FIT Studio range from 5-8 people. Water, bathrooms, and towels are available for your use at the FIT Studio.
Join us every Sunday at 9:30am for a restorative style Yoga class. You will leave feeling refreshed, loosened up, and ready to tackle the week.
