Qualifications- Certified Personal Trainer: American Council on Exercise, National Personal Training Institute. CrossFit level 1. Precision Nutrition Certification
Favorite Piece of Equipment- Reebok Step. Great way to add intensity to movements. Plus Step Aerobics.
On my days off you can find me working out or spending time with my family.

Qualifications- Certified Personal Trainer by National Academy of Sports Medicine
Favorite Piece of Equipment- The barbell because of its versatility and also it just looks cool to lift heavy weights.
On my days off you can find me at the mma gym, lifting weights, and watching kdramas

Qualifications - Group Fitness Certification: American Council of Exercise. 7+ years of participation experience.
Favorite Piece of Equipment? - Battle ropes! Only the biggest piece of equipment I’d like to own. You can do so much, its a good mix of cardio and strength and you can do it to music.
On my days off you can find me writing the thing, I’ve been writing forever and what come is to come of it!

Qualifications - 15 Years as a Personal Trainer, ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, Nesta Certified Personal Trainer, City & Guilds Institute of London Personal Trainer. 5th Degree International Black Belt World Kickboxing Association (WKA) Instructor
Favorite Piece of Equipment? - The Kettlebell...it is so versatile and can be used to add power and functionality to any workout.
On my days off you can find me training Muay Thai, Kickboxing, and Jiu Jitsu or reading a Crime Thriller on my couch with a cup of tea and if not that, then I'll be watching Agent Gibbs in my fave show NCIS haha!
